Good to know

Tips for Turkey.

Balloons depend on the weather

Flights only go up in calm conditions, so we plan two possible mornings in Cappadocia where we can.

Dress for the mosques

Mosques ask for covered shoulders and knees, and women cover their hair. Scarves are often provided at the door.

Get a transit card

An Istanbulkart works on trams, metro and ferries and saves time at every ticket machine.
