Good to know

Tips for Nepal.

Clearest views in autumn

October and November give the clearest mountain views. Spring brings flowers but more haze.

Road or flight to Pokhara

The drive takes most of a day on winding roads. The flight is about half an hour and saves time with elderly parents.

Pack layers

Mornings and evenings are cool even when days are warm, especially at Sarangkot.
