How quickly can we get an appointment?
It depends on the hospital and the specialist. Urgent cases are often seen within days; we tell you the realistic timing as soon as the hospital replies.
Do we need a hospital letter for the visa?
Usually yes. Medical visas normally need an invitation or appointment letter from the hospital, which we arrange once you choose.
Can you arrange a wheelchair or stretcher?
Wheelchair help can be requested with the airline at both ends. Stretcher travel needs airline approval and a doctor's form; we check what is possible for your case.
What if treatment takes longer than planned?
We help extend the stay, change the flights and, where needed, apply for a visa extension.
