What this website collects

Nothing is stored by this website itself. The enquiry form does not send data to a server: it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. The site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools.

Two outside services load when you visit. Fonts come from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When they load, Google may receive your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.

What you share with us directly

When you call, email or visit, you may give us your name, phone number, passport details, travel plans and, for medical trips, health reports. We use them only to plan and book your trip.

We share them only with the people needed to make that trip happen, such as airlines, hotels, embassies and visa centres, and the hospitals you agree to. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as the law requires and for any follow-up you ask for. Copies of documents made for a visa application are returned or deleted once the application is finished.
